Unfortunately orders without prior registration are not possible. We need your customer data to ensure a smooth and fast processing of your order.

What is the current average delivery time for a particular product?
The availability of the respective products is determined based on the current stock. These are marked in the colors

• yellow → limited stock availability
• red → out of stock

With which freight forwarders / logistics partners will the goods be shipped?
We ship goods up to a total weight of 30kg by parcel service DPD. Shipments with highertotal weight than 30kg (or 31.5kg in EU countries) willbe shippedwith our preferred forwarding company Dachser.
Who pays the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and depend on volume and weight of the goods including packaging.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs aredepending on whether the goods are shipped within Germany or to other EU countries.
For goods up to 30 kg shipping costs are 7,50 €.
To other EU countriesbesides Germany:
For goods up to 14 kg shipping costs are 30 €; for goods between 15 and 31,5 kg 35 € will apply.
Shipments whichexceed a total weight of 30/31.5 kg are shipped cost-effectively with our preferred forwarder Dachser. In these cases, shipping costs cannot be determined in advance.They depend on the volume and weight of the packed goods and will be communicated to you in the order confirmation.

During the ordering process, you may also specify a delivery address that differs from the invoicing address.
When will my order be delivered?
Upon receipt of an order acknowledgment you will receive an order confirmationon which the exact delivery date is indicated.
